A large dump truck came and fly tipped more than 10 bags of rubbish plus furniture and white goods (fridge freezer) along the pavment. This was done at roughly 0900am in broad daylight. This took place at the *same location same time* as the report two weeks ago. It is very clearly part of a pattern. My elderly neighbour complained he couldnt use the pavement and my elderly cancer patient bed-ridden mother was disturbed and upset by the noise.
