Overgrown weeds - park behind 47 Rydal gardens

Weeds from the park keep overgrowing. It keeps growing into residents' properties. Has been reported previously as well - located in the area between the park and 47's garden, attracting lots of mice and littering. Please investigate as soon as possible.
