The whole of Hilltop Avenue, accross the road from Lucerne, Gerbera and Verbena Apartments, is littered. I have reported this numerous times before and Brent only come and pick up a small area of litter and leave the rest of the road. It is an ongoing problem with what I assume is people littering from their cars. The problem is getting worse and worse. I can only attached 2 photos but there is more.
