I know which flat is doing this if needed I’ll provide you the number.yesterday they received ikea delivery and the put the old mattress infront of drive way then I reported to the Brent council thanks for collected it .but today again they put the frame of the wardrobe in same place I’m very disappointed with this behaviour.I been living in Harrow for 8 years we had good neighbours we used to respect the environment and everyone but here top neighbour is making noise early morning and and side neighbour out there waste furniture infront of our door hopefully this is thier last time please check the camera and investigate this from today and yesterday date 28/07/25 and 29/07/25 who they are they should receive big fine to not repeat this again thanks regards
