There is cat food packets thrown all over the street and pavement - again and again and again . It happens 3-4 times a week. I keep complaining and you keep cleaning . The solution is a CCTV camera if you want this problem to go away. A caravan has been parked for nearly a year living in a public parking space . No one has bothered to remove them or no police cares. Appalling state of Brent .
