Dear Sir/Madam,

I am writing to formally report an issue regarding the communal area of the flats at HA3 0XX, Kenton Road. The area is very unpleasant due to a lack of cleaning, and I am becoming increasingly concerned about the state of the environment in which we live.

Previously, we had a very good cleaner who would wash down the stairs with disinfectant, wipe the walls, and leave everything looking and smelling fresh. However, this is no longer the case. The stairs have not been washed for years, stains are visible, and the smell has become unbearable. I am genuinely embarrassed to have visitors due to the condition of the communal area.

As we are paying for this service, I kindly request that immediate action be taken to rectify this situation. Additionally, this website is extremely difficult to navigate, so I would appreciate it if you could forward this complaint to the appropriate person.

This is an official complaint, and I would also like to understand why, despite the price increase, the service seems to be declining. The current situation is unacceptable.
