The waste management company has abandoned two large overflowing bins that were assigned to their former client, the club across the street. The Club manager assured me they have terminated the contract and showed me the location of the bins provided by their new suppliers six weeks ago. The bins that were abandoned are overflowing, smelly, blocking the sidewalk, and attracting pests. I have phoned the company but they insisted it’s the client’s problem.
