The tree is starting to lift up the pavement slabs. This looks unsafe, neglectful, and contributes to fly-tipping and littering.

Brent Council must inspect this immediately and ensure the tree and pavement have a healthy future.

  • This defect was categorised as medium priority defect. To maximise the benefit to be achieved from available funding for medium priority defects we must prioritise locations of greater risk over others. Unfortunately on this occasion this defect was not prioritised for repair. However, we will continue to monitor this on our scheduled cyclic inspections and should it deteriorate further will be reassessed for possible selection for repair.
