Holland Road - Elmwood House

Reported via desktop in the Street tree - Causing pavement damage category anonymously at 22:24, Wed 9 July 2025

Sent to Brent Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 7836050.

The roots of this tree have lifted and cracked the pavement. It is very hazardous for pedestrians and especially dangerous for elderly residents, people with prams, or anyone with mobility issues.

Brent Council must assess the damage and take action to make the pavement safe.

  • This defect was categorised as medium priority defect. To maximise the benefit to be achieved from available funding for medium priority defects we must prioritise locations of greater risk over others. Unfortunately on this occasion this defect was not prioritised for repair. However, we will continue to monitor this on our scheduled cyclic inspections and should it deteriorate further will be reassessed for possible selection for repair.
