Butlers Green- near toilets. Over 50 rats counted this morning. Excess litter, beer cans, crates, food rubbish and the strong smell of human excrement. Butlers Green- Bus stop. Dustbin kicked over. Butlers Green. Grass. Strewn with litter. Homefield Road. First Grass verge- fly tipping builders waste.
