Serious health and safety issues at Hazel Road Open Space. There is a rat infestation, with five large rats spotted near a garage bin close to the children’s play area.
The park also suffers from excess litter, poor cleaning maintenance, overgrowth of bushes and an outdated playground that urgently needs modernisation and regeneration. These issues such as rats and litter near childrens play area pose risks to families and children who regularly use the space.
