Around 10-12 bags have been dumped in the roundabout. Within this a piece of rubbish had the following name and address: Dipen Kapatel 11 Preston Hill Harrow HA3 9SB

This has happened on several occasions leading to myself having to get this collected. Can this rubbish be picked and maybe someone can speak to Mr Kapatel. The rubbish with his name on is easily identifiable. Thanks
