The he tree is overgrown and damaging my car as I park the Wheelcgisr Adapted Vehicle in the designated Disabled bay in front of the tree.

The birds also cause a lot of mess on the car

And the tree obstruct the disabled bay pole as it covers the tree and people have been parking there as the sign isn’t visible so it causes me problems as I need to get my very tall and heavy son out of the car further away from my property.
