This manhole has been here for 6 months and there has been foul water overflowing. Thames water says they are not responsible as this manhole is not their responsibility as it’s not connected to their system and have not been authorized by them. They advised for this to contact the council. We need to know who authorised it. It is causing a health hazard where children live.
