I am doing construction work at my house, and I have rubble bags in my front garden, over night someone has dumped a lot of household waste and rubble (what looks like an old kitchen) it has been reported twice and when I spoke to the council they said it has been marked as collected but it still on the pavement outside my house. It’s been more than a week!!
