27 Lushington Road

27 Lushington Road, has dumped a large quantity of builder’s waste including wood and bags on the public pavement.

This was reported on 13 May and marked “no further action – private property/land,” but the waste is clearly on the pavement, not within the boundary of the property.

This location was previously reported as well on 2 May, when the same builders dumped another load of materials in the same place showing a clear pattern of recurring dumping by the same individuals.

Brent Council must review these reports again and enforce strong penalties. If Brent Council fail to do this, they are failing to meet their obligation to prevent fly-tipping.

If Brent Council maintain their position that this is private land they must provide evidence to the public confirming this.

It is clear from Brent Council's inability to deal with such a simple matter, they are not taking robust action to prevent fly-tipping in Brent.
