They were dumped outside of our house (31 Greenhill Park) and have been moved since the last report of the waste - the bags have been moved further up to make it look like it belongs to our house when it doesn't. We had the bins collected today. This rubbish has now had more rubbish added to it (The Iceland bag) and the rubbish is filled with beer cans and cigarettes.
