On the pavement/Outsie The Elms, Nicoll Road. On the other side behind the fence of the property there are 3 large Blue and 4 large Black Eurobins.

There are many large and small corrugated clear plastic and orange corrugated plastic pieces possibly too large to go in the large bins and also perhaps not known whether these items are recyclable or not. Hopefully the wind won't blow the plastic panels away before people attend to remove these items Thank you.
