Five industrial-sized black bags have been dumped directly on the pavement, creating an obstruction for pedestrians and presenting a clear hygiene concern.

This area must be cleared immediately, and stronger action is needed to deter repeat offenders.

Please investigate this and ensure residents are reminded of the penalties for illegal waste dumping.
