Once again, residence are blocking the public footway with the bins, I have reported several other properties on Compton Avenue namely number 30 which hasn’t had sufficient enforcement and now other residents are blocking the foot way as well. It is the clear responsibility of Brent Council officers to enforce. I will kindly appreciate your enforcement in this matter.
