Sent to Brent Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 7462826.

16 Elms Court has no kerb drop, still a large van is parked on its drive way. Also, a large van is parked on the road. The bins for 16 Elms Court are parked on the pavement, completely blocking the pedestrian way. Risking lives by making pedestrians to use roads with oncoming traffic to walk across.
