Reported this problem yesterday - ref. 7436259 : checked on status today and it says closed but that cannot be the case as the 2 no. mattresses are still on top of our skip and we cannot use it. There is also an alleyway to houses as the side. We need to use the skip as its a business - can you pls remove these 2 no. mattresses pls.
