The roots are uplifting the pavement and have undermined the front garden wall which was rebuilt last year which is giving concerns about the house Number 45 Ridley

  • This defect was categorised as medium priority defect. To maximise the benefit to be achieved from available funding for medium priority defects we must prioritise locations of greater risk over others. Unfortunately on this occasion this defect was not prioritised for repair. However, we will continue to monitor this on our scheduled cyclic inspections and should it deteriorate further will be reassessed for possible selection for repair.
