Please read my message in full.
I purposely gave it a month since 20643 If I came back to you too soon you would say I am duplicating this report.
In 2.5 years I have reported this 5 times to no avail. I could kick this back into their property but how many walls or bins will I push back.
I want you to make them do it.
If you can get this removed from the pubic pavement I will considerably reduce my reports. That will much less paperwork for you.
Please push this back because if I were to do it they will take offence.
