I reported this mess on the pavement earlier this week as FixMyStreet ref: 7261933, and on Wednesday you marked the issue as “Completed”.

Imagine my surprise when I walked past on Thursday night and found the mess still there. I was slightly less surprised and very angry when I walked past it this evening and found it still to be there.

Why are you lying when you process these reports? Are you actually going to do anything about keeping our streets clean and stop this from happening? At the very least clean this up which is the basic job you are supposed to be doing. All the address details of the person who last this there are on the box as well, but I bet you’re not going to even bother taking action or punishing this person are you? Brent Council really is useless.
