I’m not exactly where to place this, it’s sort of fly tipping but then it’s not, so move it to where it needs to go if it’s wrong. However, this bin is overflowing and the blue top bin is not to be collected for another week, so they either need more bin space or I don’t know. But it’s brimming. It’s causing an issues in the local area and maybe a reminder that bins should not look like this. Who knows if it’s recycled does not look to be. But the basic of flattening down containers etc would at least ensure the bin is closed. Can you please sort it out thanks.
