39 Clarendon Gardens HA9 7QW

Reported via mobile in the Obstruction - Bins category anonymously at 09:34, Sunday 2 March 2025

Sent to Brent Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 7211404.

Original FMS Log: 7160783 (20/2/25), as per photo it’s overflowing AGAIN! Bins will not be collected until Friday so what is to be done till then! We are not paying our bloody taxes for this type of crap! Get your act in order! These houses are worth more than £750,000 paying nearly £3000 in Council tax and they have to live next to pricks who think this type of nonsense is legit! These HMO landlords are taking the piss and you people allow it! Get it bloody sorted or I’m dumping my trash outside your offices! Revoke the license if they can’t comply, move their waste collections to commercial and charge them because we don’t see why we have to recycle and all these landlords don’t. Read your own frigging policy about trucks being charged for landfill if it’s not recycled. If you don’t give a crap don’t make us comply. However, if you want us to make others do the same!

Updates

  • This shamble of a place was ordered to pay £111,000 for failing to declare it was a HMO in the past!

Checking their HMO licensing it seems that they do have a current license so what the issue the Council is fully aware of the landlord, they have their contact details, you tell them fix the problem, if they dont they will be fined, their bins will be removed and they will have to make arrangements, if they dont, special collections will be arranged for them, they will be charged at a special rate above normal commercial collections and they will be forced to pay, if they dont they will put a charge against the property for all outstanding debts owed to the Council! They will also remove their license! This is a commercial entity so its easy to get rid of them
