This HUGE WHITE BAG has been LEFT by The Workmen. It has been on this corner since Last year, it’s about A YEAR AGO. It is now being USED as a HUGE LITTER BIN. I have reported it for a year for it to be REMOVED. Hodge House is NEW and yet the Location looks like A DUMP ALREADY. VEOILA are NOT REMOVING this Bag. Yet again there is LITTER and RUBBISH STREWN in front of Hodge House and Outside the Underground Garage below Merle Court NW6. This BAG MUST BE MOVED. Clearing the Litter is NOT SOLVING THE PROBLEM.
