  • Is this some sort of joke! The contractor Veolia needs to complete the task then close the job! This is wasting everyones time, the public who are reporting it, the back office staff who are actioning it and clearly the cleaning crew who seemingly cant pick up a couple of bags of rubbish! If the councils failed policy on waste management was not soo poor we would not be in this position. 1. Put more actual bins for people to throw their rubbish in the appropriate place saving the cleaning crew time. 2. Waste which is illegally being dumped needs to actual be prosecuted instead of banner adverts everywhere you go! The waste collection needs be cheap enough to discourage people to dump it because this is surely costing more money in the long run! We are all paying council tax and this is unacceptable! We wont go into the details of where and why this is happening but since this is the path which has been decided by Mr Butt & his side side kick Ms Sheth DO YOUR JOB & COLLECT THE WASTE! If the contractor has a issue in fulfilling the contract with the council they should raise it with the officials otherwise there is no excuse to put the poor person who is TAKING THEIR time to report issues which you people are paid to do and you have the nerve to waste literally their efforts! Shame on you!
