Recently you closed a report when I requested that the cigarette ends all be removed from the pavement and the road.

You replied with it being private land.

In my opinion the pavements and the main road at IBC are all managed by Brent Council. The road has yellow lines. The pavement has LC’s.

Please consider once again.

If in agreement please sweep and remove all the cigarettes ends.

If you do refuse I will obtain a second opinion from Brent Highways.
