Aviary at Roundwood Park

Sent to Brent Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 6686602.

The birds inside the aviary appear to have no food, no water to drink, no water to clean themselves. The cages smell. Birds are searching for food on the ground amongst bird droppings. I have never seen anyone looking after these birds and wonder whose responsibility it is.
