There is 4 x dog mess from 29 to 52 peter ave NW10 and at least 7 x dog mess on Dobree Ave seen on my walk this morning. The culprit is from No.27 Rowden Ave NW10. Those who live around here have been reporting them for over 18 months. How long have we to put up with this anti social behavior. Is the council powerless to sort this out.
