Sent to Brent Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 6681057.

Obstruction on pavement due to residential bins and rubbish from no 93 Coles Green Road. On returning My elderly mother had to walk on the road due the the bin and a car obstutruction. Its an absolutely disgrace, eyesore, hazard and environmental factor. Clear that the obstruction etc needs to be addressed with those living in the house.
