This grass verge is a disgrace, it needs to be maintained. Brent council are supposed to gut the grass 6 times a year. It's not been cut at all.
It's encouraging fly tipping, littering and the hanging of bagged dog faeces from the hedge.
This needs to be addressed, it disgusting.
