As on the picture one of the lamps is not straight, does not work, has exposed wires at children access posing possibly a death risk

This is an old lamp; the others were replaced except this one. I'm not sure why and how it was damaged, but I was like that for at least two weeks without action.

It can pose possibly a serious risk.
