Reported last week, this photo shows more rubbish has been added loosely since last week. Today is Monday, the bin men have collected this week’s rubbish and left loose rubbish behind as expected. Since the council tenants if 31 Clifford way have moved in (a few weeks) the bins are permanently on the pavement, they never move them back onto their property. The fact the loose rubbish doesn’t get collected doesn’t deter them to add more loose rubbish every week. Please can you advise them of the rules and clear their rubbish accordingly. Thank you
