The bin men have not been emptying the main bins. In fact they came today and looked at the bins then walked off?! I am not sure what on earth is going on. I have sent photo's because it looks and smells awful. We pay council tax each month and this is the poor level of service we receive. The bins have overflowed and as a result when rubbish is being put in the chute it goes straight on the floor. This is causing a health hazard and attracting vermin.
