This property since moving in leaves their greys bins on the pavement when they have plenty of space within their boundary. I have seen people go into them and I have a blind dog which I have to hold back not to go into bins as he follows the side, sorry but this is very inconsiderate. Please can someone inform them this is inappropriate.
