Lots of rubbish all near the bins that are on the pavement. There is a microwave, bagged rubbish, bear tins, food waste everywhere. Ongoing problem. Vehicles drive for the area and dump rubbish here. Bins attract waste! Please can the landlord be checked to see if they have a landlord licence and Nisa be held accountable.
