Ref 6552985 The work seems to be done today but not completed to satisfactory I’ve taken and attached photos of roots are coming towards our wall and the pavement is also uneven which could potentially be hazard to when walking which didn’t get completed today can you please look into this again. Can you honestly say it’s fixed when the tarmac clearly uneven I’ve enclosed pictures again I believe you need to look into this again

  • This defect was categorised as medium priority defect. To maximise the benefit to be achieved from available funding for medium priority defects we must prioritise locations of greater risk over others. Unfortunately on this occasion this defect was not prioritised for repair. However, we will continue to monitor this on our scheduled cyclic inspections and should it deteriorate further will be reassessed for possible selection for repair.
