A conifer from the flat below mine is now so overgrown that it is cutting light from my lounge window. Also on the courtyard side of the flats some shrubs/trees have been planted so close to the building that I am concerned the roots may undermine the foundations. They have been allowed to overgrow and, at least need pruning back.
