Bridge area at the junction of Ealing Road

Due to some accident middle Metal railing which divides the road is badly damaged. The spikes are really dangerous

I have seen a young child trying to cross the road under the spike.

Please kindly fix this area.

It’s right opposite flats, which Are under construction at the junction of Ealing Road near Sainsbury
