2 vans abandoned on single yellow line, for days with car parts and rubbish in the back. No tickets issued by wardens, unless there is an agreement with the local enforcement warden and the car garage? Part of the number plate os covered with a sticker. Sometimes there is no sticker. Why is this even allowed, as this is an eyesore, illegal, your losing out on ticket revenue and occupies 3 normal spaces for cars to park in the evenings.
