Sent to Brent Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 6429622.

To whom it may concern Fwd: Scaffolding Licence payment - Application Reference 18007 I wrote an email to the Scaffolding licensing department on Monday, 19th August as I was unable to pay the fees for the application below.

AS there was no response I called Brent Council and was directed toi Customer Services.

However I was unable to speak to anyone who was able to assist me in making the payment for this application. The customer services operator advised me that someone from the team will contact us to take payment. But no one has contacted me since my call to Brent Council.

Since yesterday, I am not even able to get through to Brent Council main number 02089371234

Please advise the team to call me on 07425143200 to progress this application as quick as you can
