1) littering and fly tipping of shop bags and cigarettes packs bottles by tree and broadband cabinet of Napier road nearby Chaplin. 2) Fly tipping of mini freezer at middle (I don't know if its booked to collect or how many days its lies there) 3) Napier road to the front nearby high road A404 has mixed litter by kerb side.
