9 - 32 Essoldo Way: grass verge at the front

Dear Sir or Madam - thank you very much for resolving the substantive issue concerning the blocked drain - I am very grateful. A pool of stagnant, rotting sewage has stubbornly remained around the site of the drain - please see the photo shared which was taken yesterday. Please could the Council kindly clear this overflowing effluent - I would be very grateful. In addition to constituting a public health hazard to the residents in situ and passers-by this effluent prevents the ground floor flats from opening their windows during the day (or night) because of the foul odour and powerful stench emitting from this sewage. This clearance is also required to allow the grounds maintenance team to mow the grass in this spot safely in the future. Thank you very much for any help you can provide.
