Sent to Brent Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 6188135.

Metal poles and what looks like big umbrella.

Maybe the fly tippers think it's ok to dump rubbish next to the green bin that has been on the pavement for at least 6 months. Looks like the house owner doesn't care about the bin.

Can the Council not remove the bin so that it doesn't obstruct the pavement? It's impossible for wheelchair users and others with walking problems to pass safely as the the drive at that location drops down to the road.
