These two bins have just appeared in the past two weeks one is damaged and won’t move and the other one is just getting filled by all the shops. They absolutely stink and need to be removed. The bins don’t belong to the shops or the flats. I think they were used for the market and they have been misplaced. I asked bin men to empty them and they said no it’s not on their round. Church Road looks Like a dump as it is, we don’t need this adding to it. Please can they be emptied and removed or the issue is just going to continue.
