Turning off main road in to Elton Avenue

The paving blocks are out of place and sitting higher in certain places as per the images attached. The location is off Harrow Road turning in to Elton Avenue, these paving blocks have been dislodged due to poor installation. Having turned into the road yesterday (02.04.2024) the risen blocks caught the under side of my vehicle and caused a lot of damage which now requires repair (images available also). I would also like information on how I can progress my claim for damages to my vehicle. I am a resident of Brent and have only noticed this issue yesterday as I do not pass by that area frequently.
