The previous tenant let this hedge grow out of control. He died over 1 year ago and the property was left empty for over 1 year. The council did clear out the house and cut back the overgrown garden but did not cut the hedge in front of the house. There is a new tenant now but he is very old and should not have been given this property in this condition. The hedge is an eyesore and reduces light to the house next door.
